Lokasi operasional Adaro yang utama terletak di provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, dimana anak perusahaannya, PT Adaro Indonesia, mengoperasikan tambang batu bara tunggal terbesar di bumi bagian selatan. Adaro beroperasi di bawah di bawah naungan PKP2B (Perjanjian Karya Pengusaha Batubara) generasi pertama yang berlaku sampai tahun 2022. Membuka lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan di DKI Jakarta untuk mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :
1. CONTRACT ADMIN SECTION HEAD
Job responsibilities
- Manage, prepare tender documents (prequalification, scope, drawing, specification and other data, and special conditions), and collect scopes of work for various contract package to determine reasonabless of pricess
- In conjuction with procurement, to be involved in tender (vendor/contractor prequalification)
- Review and manage bid receipt & documents, evaluation and clarification process to ensure all bidding process are in place based on project requirement
- Prepare issued award / regret letter and process contracts
- In conjuction with end users, to prepare and draft project contracts in line with the prevailing regulations both internal and external regulations and consult with Legal Division for the content and ensure all that necessary documents are in place to meet the requirements of both the company and third parties interest
- Prepare contract addendumsif there are any changes or additions from the initial contract and ensure that all contract addendums are updated and documented
- Coordinate in reviewing, revising and extension of project contracts with all unit in Project Department, other internal Department and third parties until the exceution to ensure contracts addendums are updated and documented as an integrated part of their master contracts
- Evaluate and monitor contract performance to determine necessity for addendums or extension contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations
- Prepare monthly report and contract internal reports to monitor implementation of project contracts, including milestones and deliverables
- Prepare, coordinate, and pro cess contract close out including verification contract deliverables and/or completion of deliverables
Job requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Bechelor/Master Degree in Law
- At least 5 years total experience as Contract Admin Supervisor or 10 years total experience as Contract Specialist Superintendent
- Required technical competencies: Contract management, Legal compliance, managing legal documentation, and project management
- Good communication and leadership
2. SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Job responsibilities
- Collect and analyze information related to the needs of electrical engineering in order to map the electrical system development plan that will be used at the Adaro Group.
- Coordinate cross-discipline (civil work, mechanical, etc.) to ensure electrical construction in accordance with planning.
- Make the procedure of construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures in accordance with the electrical engineering project execution plan that has been created to support the smooth running of projects implemented.
- Checking material related to work in the field of electrical construction including supporting files in accordance with the data sheet that has been approved to ensure compliance with the approved specifications.
- To review the changes or modifications to electrical work if at the time of execution of work in the field had to be a change or modification is to ensure that projects can be implemented in accordance with the objectives and needs that have been approved.
- Controlling the quality of work and quality of electrical work to fit the design, technical specifications, data sheets and working drawings have been approved.
- Control the work of the pre-commissioning and commissioning to match the approved procedure.
Job requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in maintenance as Electrical Engineer
- Required technical competencies: Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Technology Design, System Analysis, and Commisioning System
- Good communication and leadership
- Good English is a must
3. GOVERNMENT RELATION STAFF
Job responsibilities
- Maintaining good relations, coordinating the government in accordance with the system and procedures and receive input and complaint from a government to maintain smooth operational company
- Implementthe database, administration and communication activities related to government relations
- Understand protocol & culture prevails in government organization
Job requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Political Science, Mass Communications, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
4. STRUCTURAL DESIGNER
Job responsibilities
- To draw about road planning, infrasrtucture planning by using National Indonesia Standard and International Standards (as austroads) so it can be meet project specifications.
- To draw a drainage system plan in detail, the system must comply with topography condition.
- To count the quantity of material volume that has been made from the design, so the data can be used to estimate budget for civil engineering project .
- To review all details about layout and picture that has been made by engineering consultant, to ensure a design was made according to the specifications that needed.
Job requirement
- Diploma (D3) / Bachelor (S1) majoring in Civil Engineer, with min. GPA 3.00
- Minimum 5 years experience as Structur Designer
- Required Competencies: AutoCad, MS Office, Tekla, SAP2000
- Having good knowledge about SNI and Astroads Design Standards and Practices.
5. INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERVISOR
Job responsibilities
- Implement the internal audit process in accordance with the plans that have been prepared by superiors.
- Running the company's internal audit process both technically and financially sustainable and operationally.
- Coordinate preparedness auditee / departments in preparing the completeness of the report to be audited as well as an audit of the report.
- Formulate and provide input troubleshooting audit findings by analyzing precise and accurate.
- Monitor and evaluate the results of internal audits and coordinate with employers in preparing the proposed solutions for the findings.
- Coordinate with external audit institutions required for the smooth audit firm.
Job requirement
- Min. S1 majoring Economic from leading universities in Indonesia with min. GPA 3:00
- Have min 3-4 years experience as Auditor, preferably from Public Accounting Firm
- Having knowledge of the auditor and mining activities.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Having the ability Writing & Reporting skill.

7. REPORTING OFFICER
Job responsibilities
- Collect the data required in the preparation of financial statements to reporting can be performed accurately.
- Inputting data and information for both the periodical financial statements and non periodic into the database system Finance & Accounting for the delivery of financial information to management and stakeholders.
- Drafting financial statements (actual vs. budget / actual vs. forecast) as the data to be analyzed to be given to the Corporate Finance Division.
- Enter the data for the preparation of financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) quarterly / annual financial information for the purpose of submission to the Government through the Division of External Relations.
- Preparing financial data for submitted to the government (EMR) in order to government data reported are accurate.
Job requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputably University, min GPA 3.00
- Have min 1 year experience as Reporting Staff and/or experience from Public Accounting Firm
- Have good knowledge of financial analysis, accounting control, and financial planning & budgeting
- Good English is a must
8. SECRETARY & DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Job responsibilities
- Responsible to provide document controlling, secretarial, amdminsitrative, and travel ser vices to ensure company’s operations run smoothly.
- Establish and maintain document tagging, numbering, and labeling procedures to ensure all documents are in order and available.
- Socialize document controlling systems and procedures to ensure its implementation so that all company documents are in order and accessible.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding company documemts to ensure that all documents are well updated with is latest version to keep track of the document revision.
- Prepare supporting documentations for company reports to be used during daily, weekly, monthly coordination meetings.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the company’s daily operations.
- Coordinate and prepare business travel arrangements to ensure all business travel are done according to the prevailing policies and done on time.
- Arrange internal & external meetings and ensure that minutes of meeting are taken and circulated to the related parties.
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma 3 all major
- Min. 2 (two) years experience as Secretary/ Document Controller
- Required Competencies : Document Management, Secretarial, Office Administration
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Good communication skills
9. FINANCE ACCOUNTING TAX STAFF
Job responsibilities
- Record & Input Journal Entries up to date for daily financial transactions into accounting system
- Prepares and proses payments on time by verifying & accruing expenses, assigning account numbers, requesting disbursement's and reconciling account
- Prepares monthly tax payment and report and coordinates with the holding tax division
- Maintain and keeps proper physical financial file and it's supporting documents, so it can retrieve the documents easily when needed
- Prepares reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and Control petty cash fund
Job requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting or tax
- Having Basic knowledge about tax regulation
- Certified Tax Brevet
